Before founding Tivity Labs, Kevin Fidler gained experience in technology and consulting over a 14-year career. He served leadership roles on both the buy and sell sides of enterprise transactions for software, technology, and services. He led sales efforts and closed deals at 16 companies on the Fortune 500 list. Kevin developed a passion for solving customer challenges with creative solutions while partnering with clients on key initiatives. He and his team launched Tivity Labs with a mission to bring comprehensive consulting services to under-supported business owners in the cannabis industry.
Kevin holds a Master Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Supply Chain from Western Michigan University.
Investor Relations
Chinedu has built his career at the intersection of science and business, where he’s focused on creating value for shareholders by delivering diagnostic and therapeutic solutions through building and growing strategic partnerships in the Healthcare space. A scientist by trade, his academic research centered on understanding which proteins were essential for early skeletal muscle development. After several publications, he transferred his technical training and project management to the private sector, leading teams in developing several FDA-approved and CE-marked diagnostic tests. In business, Chinedu has helped biotech companies of all sizes identify and maximize value from their partnering opportunities in the health space His passion for social equity and removing socioeconomic barriers continues to drive his career. With Tivity Labs, Chinedu builds bridges between our clients and investors to benefit all stakeholders.
Chinedu holds a PhD in Cellular Molecular Medicine from the University of Arizona, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Delaware.

As a Professor of Cannabis Marketing at Western Michigan University, Nick mentors tomorrow's CPG leaders in the cannabis industry with his wealth of operational cannabis business experience. His advanced marketing courses give students tools and real-world skills in brand identity and product development, consumer insights, and customer acquisition strategies. Nick's team has led design and buildout for processors, deploying various extraction and post processing business units. Along with systems implementation at rapidly growing brands, Nick's team is responsible for the design of the Midwest’s largest cannabis distillery. Previously he served as CEO of Krystilion for five years and oversaw custom infused product development, private labeling and brand development.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.
Indoor & Outdoor Cultivation
A Humboldt County native, Davis Lang knows what it takes to scale commercial grows up and down to meet market demand and remain competitive. He has been a cultivator for over 18 years. With extensive knowledge in all facets of growing, Davis has dedicated his career to helping cultivation licensees maximize yields with consistent high-quality harvests. He has comprehensive experience and a deep understanding of horticulture, agriculture, and grow systems. Davis has designed, built, and consulted on numerous successful indoor and outdoor grows on the West Coast. Throughout his career, he has trained dozens of cultivators on cloning, managing lighting and irrigation systems, optimizing harvest and post-harvest operations, and staff planning. In his latest endeavor, Davis led a team that designed and built a 140k square foot cultivation space nestled in the Redwoods of Northern California.
Accounting
Sheree M. Johnson, CPA is the founder and owner of Deep Dive Accounting, LLC. She works with small businesses, individuals, and non-profit clients on taxation, accounting, business growth and efficiency strategies, business startup consulting and more. Prior to founding Deep Dive Accounting LLC, Sheree worked everywhere from Goldman Sachs to healthcare facilities as well as governmental agencies, all beginning in 1997. She was responsible for million-dollar budgets and financial operations. Sheree M. Johnson is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Sheree holds a Master of Health Care from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from Morgan State University.

Caleb Eversole is a seasoned leader in cannabis with over 15 years of experience in cultivation and post-harvest operations. With an in-depth understanding of the cannabis market, Caleb has honed his skills in lean operations, loss prevention, environmental control, packaging, seed to sale tracking software management, and high-volume sales. His strategic approach to cultivation operations ensures efficiency and productivity while maintaining strict quality standards. He is adept at implementing and managing seed to sale tracking software programs. Throughout his career, Caleb has been committed to driving innovation and excellence in cultivation and post-harvest practices.
Caleb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Studies from Western Michigan University.

With over two decades of diverse experience in the IT industry, Gaurav has traversed various roles, each adding depth to his expertise. As a seasoned Senior Technology Leader, he has honed a skill set that blends strategic vision with tactical execution, driving teams towards excellence. Gaurav's journey took a pivotal turn when he founded an Identity and Access Management company, shaping the digital landscape with innovative solutions. Leading a multinational team, Gaurav fostered a culture of collaboration and innovation, harnessing the collective strength of diverse perspectives. Passionate about pushing boundaries and delivering results, Gaurav thrives on navigating complex challenges and transforming visions into reality.
Gaurav holds a Master Business Administration from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science, Computer Applications from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (India), and a Bachelor of Science, Physics from Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (India).

Michael Hughes is an 8-year veteran of the United States Army who was deployed to Iraq in 2011. He has served in leadership roles and managed quality and regulatory compliance operations at one of the world’s largest packaged food manufacturers. Michael has helped start-up consumer packaged good companies expand production, obtain registration with the FDA and MDA, develop employee training programs, and implement SOPs. His expertise offers Tivity Labs and our clients a complete understanding of what it takes to produce high-quality consumables that win in the market at scale.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Regulatory Affairs for Food Industries from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Brooke leads Tivity Pixel, a Baltimore-based digital marketing agency. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Brooke brings a strategic and visionary approach to brand development, digital transformation, design, and marketing to our clients. As an AI Integration Specialist, she streamlines and automates business operations, enhancing user engagement with the latest in AI technology. Brooke brings extensive experience in managing complex projects and operational management, from overseeing government contracts to spearheading growth initiatives at tech startups. Tivity’s clients will remain competitive and stay ahead of marketing trends with her holistic approach to digital transformation, blending innovative tech solutions with customized operational strategies.

Born and raised in the heart of the Emerald Triangle, Chad is a fourth-generation Humboldt County native connected to every aspect of the Cannabis industry. He specializes in transformative technologies, customer experience, and branding. With enterprise sales experience in big tech from tenures at Oracle and Zendesk. As an undergrad, Chad co-founded a blockchain organization and developed use cases for disruptive technologies. At Tivity Labs, Chad helps customers gain access to the world's best and brightest Cannabis resources.
